We are looking for talented candidates to join our innovative team at Kissterra as a User Acquisition Manager and play a key role in expanding our customer base and enhancing our digital presence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced user acquisition strategies to drive growth to our business.
  • Manage ‘hands on’ digital advertising performance campaigns across various platforms to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
  • Utilize Excel, Looker Studio and our internal BI systems to extract and analyze data, gaining valuable insights for campaign optimization.⁠ 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative studio, content, and analytics, to define the creative direction for campaigns and ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
  • Conduct multiple A/B tests on various ‘creatives’ and ‘setups’ to identify the most effective path and continuously optimize performance.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

 Qualifications:

  • ⁠At least 4 years of experience in a user acquisition position (Media Buyer / Performance Analyst etc.) in a performance-based company in at least one of the following platformsMeta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Native (Taboola& Outbrain) etc.
  • Managing campaigns for the US market.
  • Experience in B2C Lead generation performance campaigns with a spend of multi million dollar yearly through targets and KPI’s and with positive ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset and motivation to achieve performance goals.
  • Comfortable with technical aspects of Performance Marketing and its platforms willing to dive deep into the details when necessary
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a can-do approach.
  • ⁠Excellent communication skills (Hebrew and English).
  • Willingness to work outside regular working hours to monitor your campaign and take care of unexpected matters.
