As a Product Analyst at Kissterra, you will leverage your analytical skills and curiosity to dive deep into product data, uncovering insights that drive strategic decisions. You will excel in dynamic environments, delivering high-quality work both independently and as part of a team. This role involves frequent interactions with the Head of Product and offers exposure to our executive leadership team.
We are seeking a hands-on, impact-focused, and highly motivated Product Analyst. The ideal candidate will optimize performance through data, transforming insights into actionable recommendations that inform business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to define product requirements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track product KPIs and user engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategies and positioning.
- Assist in the development of A/B testing strategies to evaluate new features and enhancements.
- Prepare and present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Product Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Experience with A/B testing and user experience research is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field.
