We're in search of a dynamic Senior Product Manager to enhance our product to the paid search domain and additional marketing channels. This is a new and major product initiative which enhances our offering for insurance carriers with unprecedented visibility and actionability.
What’s the Job?
- Lead the company's new product initiative around performance marketing channels such as Paid Search,Social etc., as part of our marketing OS.
- Conduct market research to understand the needs and competition around your domain.
- Define product strategy and roadmap based on insights from customers, sales, success, and marketing.
- Collaborate with product, UX, engineering, marketing, and strategic partners to drive decision-making and develop world-class products.
- Lead the dev team in executing the roadmap, managing sprints, scoping, quality, and timely delivery.
- While a leadership position, this role will involve significant hands-on PM work, especially initially.
- Translate high-level requirements into clear specifications and technical integrations.
- Collaborate with the Product Excellence team during implementation, onboarding, and ongoing processes to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor product managers within your team.
What Do You Bring?
- 6+ years of experience as a SaaS, B2B Product Manager in a product company.
- Proven experience in a dynamic, high-paced startup environment.
- Experience in Performance Marketing User Acquisition - such as Google Ads or Meta.
- Experience leveraging AI capabilities to real benefit for end users.
- Track record of building analytical and technical products.
- Strong problem-solving skills, independence, and open-mindedness.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives.
- Comfortable communicating daily in English.
