What’s the Job?
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reporting; Monitor and analyze budget vs actual on a monthly basis.
- Develop and standardize the financial reporting packages to management, investors and BOD.
- Present financial summary and business insights to finance leadership.
- Support and take part in ad-hoc projects such as building budget, implementing financial tools and procedures, scenario analysis, financial and tax audits.
- Review tax returns and statutory financial reports of the group`s entities in various locations.
- Manage and oversee a team of bookkeepers; Build and maintain financial processes and controls.
What Do You Bring?
- BA, CPA with working experience in one of the Big 4 firms with at least 4 years of working in hi-tech company as a controller
- Good knowledge and experience in US GAAP preferably with Software and SAAS companies
- Fluent English
- Hands on approach, detail-oriented
Great to also bring:
- Proven track record of managing deliverables from multiple parties to meet challenging deadlines.
- Great interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills, Proven track record of business partnership.
- Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy
- Experience with financial and business tools, especially Netsuite
