We’re looking for a Legal Counsel who will collaborate with innovative thinkers, engage with fascinating individuals, and explore bold new ideas.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Commercial:
- Drafting and negotiating (including direct client communication, if needed) the following:
- Marketing and distribution agreements
- Licensing / Platform & Services Agreements
- SaaS and Licensing Agreements
- NDAs
Compliance:
- Developing and implementing compliance frameworks
- Maintaining internal policies
- Ensuring TCPA compliance
- Responding to complaints and audits
- Overseeing website and digital properties compliance
- Reviewing marketing creatives for regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with relevant FTC and FCC marketing laws
- Knowledge of U.S. privacy regulations including CCPA
Corporate:
- Supporting labor and HR matters in Israel and the U.S.
- Managing compensation and equity matters
- Maintaining corporate compliance
- Assisting with investment agreements
- Handling facilities, vendor, and consulting agreements
- Managing recruitment agreements
Intellectual Property: Overseeing trademark and patent registration and maintenance
What You Bring:
- Qualified attorney in Israel with an experience of at least 8 years in tech-oriented, international commercial law, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts.
- Coming from an in-house position in a global tech company. (5 years experience)
- Experience with complex business activities including SAAS and licensing agreements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish relationships across the organization and outside/
- Strong drafting skills, commercial understanding and analysis capabilities including experience in technology related licensing, data and privacy compliance preferred.
- Ability to negotiate with internal stakeholders and external third parties to close transactions efficiently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
- Ability to work in a global fast-paced environment
- Knowledge in the online marketing space/Performance marketing - an advantage.
