As a Business Analyst at Kissterra, you will leverage your analytical skills and curiosity to dive deep into product data, uncovering insights that drive strategic decisions. You will excel in dynamic environments, delivering high-quality work both independently and as part of a team.
We are seeking a hands-on, impact-focused, and highly motivated Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will optimize performance through data, transforming insights into actionable recommendations that inform business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business performance metrics (marketing campaigns, product funnel, websites) to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including media buyers, product managers, account managers, and engineers, to improve our data infrastructure and provide useful data tools.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track business and user engagement KPIs.
- Design and implement rule-based models to enhance media buying strategies.
- Analyze A/B tests that introduce new features and enhancements to our flows.
- Prepare and present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders including top management.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a Data /Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel.
- Demonstrated expertise in Looker, Tableau, and BigQuery is essential.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and media buying methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Proven ability to develop and apply models that enhance campaign efficiency and ROI in performance marketing.
- Experience with A/B testing tools and user experience research is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, or a related field.
